The Islamic State loves to share propaganda videos of beheadings and mass murders of innocent victims, including children and those whose only crime against Islam is that they are Christians.
Thus, it is with great pleasure and a smile that we share the following short video clip from the Syrian border in which an Al-Queda affiliated Islamist rebel filming his latest propaganda video is vaporized by a mortar shell.
Standing in front of a makeshift bunker, the man is speaking about his pride over capturing the town of Tal Sukayk.

1 Journalist Dead, 3 More Arrested After Exposing Turkey Arming Syrian Extremists

Center for Food Safety as well as additional plaintiffs plan to sue the US Food and Drug Administration over its recent approval of AquaBounty’s AquaAdvantage® salmon for human consumption. As far as consumption goes, this is the first genetically modified animal to receive the agency’s green light.
The transgenic salmon was approved for sale and consumption by the FDA even though millions of Americans and 40 members of congress opposed it. Additionally, more than 300 environmental, civic, and animal welfare organizations, as well as supermarkets, have made their opposition vocal as well.

Europe Will Pay Turkey €3 Billion To Halt Refugee Exodus
Submitted by Tyler Durden on 11/29/2015 - 09:27 In the aftermath of last week's dramatic events in Turkey, one would expect that the "democratic, humanistic" western countries would at least issue a harsh condemnation of Erdogan's behavior. That won't happen: instead, the European Union will pay Turkey $3.2 billion to help it stop the flow of refugees to Europe from the conflict in Syria, 2.2 million of whom are currently in Turkey and to prevent Europe's worst refugee crisis from getting even worse.Using New "Pre-Crime" Laws France Arrests 24 Climate Activists
Submitted by Tyler Durden on 11/29/2015 - 10:15 French police fired teargas Sunday to disperse climate change activists in Paris who threw objects at them during a demonstration ahead of key UN talks. Riot police took action after a small group of masked protesters in the Place de la Republique square began chanting "State of emergency, police state", after 24 climate activists were arrested under France's new "state of emergency" laws.As Market Awaits "Santa" Draghi, The ECB Is "Chasing Its Own Tail"
Submitted by Tyler Durden on 11/29/2015 - 11:01 “If the ECB merely does on 3 December what is effectively priced by the market, we could collectively wake up on 4 December feeling a bit deflated, like a child discovering on Christmas day that his parents ‘only’ gave him what he/she had asked for, without the ‘little extra’ that would have kept him/her smiling all day long."Fourth Turning - Social & Cultural Distress Dividing The Nation
A simmering rage is bubbling below the surface as 20% of American households rely on food stamps to survive, the percentage of Americans in the labor force stands at a four decade low, real household income remains stagnant at 1988 levels, corporate profits have reached record levels while corporations continue to fire Americans – shipping their jobs overseas, and the six mega-corporations representing the mainstream media cover up the truth, mislead the public with propaganda, while celebrating the .1% as saviors of our economy. There is nothing more volatile to societal stability than millions of unemployed men, growing angry and resentful towards the ruling class for their lot in life.Threats
With the global climate talks in Paris set to begin this week, perhaps the 'real threat' will re-emerge...

Wait, what? Did Democratic presidential contender Hillary Clinton seriously just tweet this?
Yes, she did, and this one tweet ought to convince you that this women is absolutely off her rocker and is in no way qualified to be the leader of the free world, let alone its most powerful country.
As noted by The Daily Caller, on the same night CNN aired a controversial and, according to a number of legal critics flawed, documentary about the phony epidemic of sexual assault on college campuses, Clinton tweeted out a message of solidarity for victims of sexual assault.

How A Secretive Elite Created The EU To Build A World Government
Submitted by Tyler Durden on 11/28/2015 - 22:15 "As part of an intellectual tradition that saw the salvation of the world in some form of world government... and with the financial backing of the CIA and the US State Department, the Anglo-American establishment was now committed to the creation of a federal United States of Europe." Today, this is still the case. Powerful international lobbies are already at work attempting to prove that any return to democratic self-government will spell doom. The Bitcoin Universe Explained
Submitted by Tyler Durden on 11/28/2015 - 21:30 As evidenced by the Greek, Chinese, and now Argentine 'jumps', the world remains increasingly aware of the inevitable worth of fiat currencies (and is looking for alternatives). From miners to merchants, the Bitcoin universe continues to expand dramatically as we noted previously, "There are more people in the world who need a currency they can trust, than there are people in the world who can trust their currency."Guest Post: A Hybrid War To Break The Balkans?
Submitted by Tyler Durden on 11/28/2015 - 20:45 The successful completion of the Balkan Silk Road would lead to a significant sum of European trade being profitably redirected towards China and other booming non-Western locations like India and Ethiopia. The US fears losing its position as the EU’s top trading partner, knowing that the slippery strategic slope that could soon follow might lead to the rapid unraveling of its hegemonic control. The inevitable New Cold War clash that this represents and the extraordinarily high stakes that are involved mean that the Balkans will remain one of the main flashpoints in this dangerous proxy struggle, despite the hierarchical switch of its multipolar protagonists. They say there are no coincidences in politics and foreign affairs.
Less than 72 hours after Turkey shot down a Russian fighter inside of Syrian airspace, moves are already afoot to increase the role of Europe in Syria. The Russian plane’s downing has already frozen Russian-Turkish relations, and neither side shows any sign of backing down on this issue.
Germany has now joined the party this week by revealing its intention to deploy ground troops in the fight against ISIS. Angela Merkel’s government announced its plan to send 100 Bundeswehr Special Forces into Northern Iraq to support of the Kurdish Peshmerga forces.

One of America’s most successful four-star generals, David Petraeus, has warned against sending American troops to fight in what he seems to feel is a dangerous game full of peril and pitfalls in Syria.
The retired general and former CIA director, who was caught up in a scandal involving his former biographer and mistress, told PBS host Charlie Rose that Syria might be “a Humpty Dumpty that can’t be put back together again.”
Petraeus also said keeping American boots on the ground in that part of the world is “not sustainable.”

There’s a rare extreme in the oil sector right now. The oil-to-U.S. dollar ratio, which reflects the relationship between the price of oil and the dollar, is near its lowest point in almost seven years.
When this ratio hit a low in 2009, the price of oil went on to soar 214% to its peak in June 2014. But if you think this extreme means oil prices could soon rally, you’re making a mistake…
As regular readers know, the dollar has broken out over the past year. It’s now stronger than it has been since 2003 versus other major currencies.

There are reports this morning that the Russians believe that the shooting down of their fighter aircraft by the Turkish Airforce was an ambush carried out with American complicity. At least one American Airforce commentator, on Fox News no less, agrees with them. My personal opinion is that we have not heard the last of this and if President Obama sanctioned such an operation then the consequences for America are dire.
I am not a military pilot but I know enough that air to air interceptions and shoot downs do not “just happen” considerable planning of fuel and ordnance loads are required. The Turkish aircraft were apparently “loitering with intent”, the jihadists on the ground may also have been warned and President Putin believes the flight details for the intended Russian strike were leaked or “shared” by America to Turkey from the deconfliction centre.
