By now most Americans who lean, politically, to the Left have made up their minds about the so-called “epidemic” of police shootings of black men around the country. It’s real, cops are the real threat to peace, and none of the men who have been killed in recent years were doing anything wrong.
That is the narrative being put out by the race-baiters and race hustlers for the purpose of agitation; they are seeking radical changes in the way America is governed. The fact that there isn’t an epidemic and that whites and Hispanics are actually being killed at higher numbers by police doesn’t matter; it runs counter to the narrative being put out by the mainstream media and others, so it is a fact that gets trampled under the feet of so many protestors.

In our upside down world, evil has become good and good has become evil. Once upon a time, everyone in society generally knew what was “right” and what was “wrong” even if they didn’t always abide by the rules. But now the rules have been totally flipped on their head. If you choose to live a lifestyle that is morally wrong, you are celebrated by society, and if you choose to speak out against the sexual sin that is exploding everywhere around us then you are considered to be a “hater” and a “bigot”. In fact, governments all over the world are now passing “hate speech” laws that are making it a crime to speak out against sexual sin. With each passing year it gets even worse, and those pushing this agenda forward are never going to be satisfied until those standing up for Biblical truth are locked away in prison.
And I was not exaggerating when I said that sexual sin is “exploding” in our society. One example of this is the stunning growth of “polyamory”. The following comes from a recent article in the Guardian that highlighted how the city of Portland in particular has become a hotbed for those that are into the “poly lifestyle”…

It’s Wednesday and whilst I know where today’s article – as well as the global commodity, currency, and financial markets – will end, it’s difficult to find a single topic to start with, given the myriad “horrible headlines” worthy of discussion. But since, ultimately, I seek to inform you about Precious Metal prices, I’ll start with the past two weeks’ “trading,” and what it portends.
Going back to last month’s BrExit referendum – whose “PM-bullish” political, economic, and social ramifications will be felt for years to come – the stock market’s “gut reaction,” rightfully so, was to sell off; as did currencies, commodities, and every “risk” asset imaginable. Conversely, Precious Metals, Bitcoin, and sovereign bonds surged – the former two due to real safe haven status; and the latter, the artificial safe haven status created by the front-running of ZIRP, NIRP, and QE “to infinity” policies.

Investors globally have never faced risk of the magnitude that the we are now exposed to. But sadly very few are aware of the unprecedented risks the world is facing. For the ones who understand risk and take the right decisions, it will “lead to fortune”. Only very few will choose that route. Instead most investors will continue to live in the hope that current trends will go on forever but sadly these people will end up “in shallows and in miseries”.
Risk is now staring us all right in our face but very few people can actually see it.
Let’s just be clear what some of the events that will change the face of the earth are:

Have you ever waxed and polished a rental car before returning it?
Chances are good that you’ve never done it. Chances are good nobody you know has done it. Chances are good nobody, ever, has done it.
If you take a moment to think about why people don’t wax and polish rental cars, you can correct a major investment mistake that is probably costing you money right now. And you can vastly improve your investment returns.
People don’t wax and polish rental cars for the same reason they don’t mow their neighbors’ lawns: They don’t own them.

China’s air force has announced that it recently flew long-range, nuclear-capable aircraft over the South China Sea, including near the flash point Scarborough Shoal, and that the patrols would become a “regular practice.”
The official Xinhua News Agency quoted military spokesman Shen Jinke as saying late Monday that the air force had sent H-6K bombers and other aircraft, including fighter jets, to patrol islands and reefs, less than a week after a U.N.-backed international tribunal rejected Beijing’s historic claims to much of the South China Sea.
“To effectively fulfill its mission, the air force will continue to conduct combat patrols on a regular basis in the South China Sea,” Shen was quoted as saying.

Or take the right to vote. In principle, it is a great privilege. In practice, as recent history has repeatedly shown, the right to vote, by itself, is no guarantee of liberty. Therefore, if you wish to avoid dictatorship by referendum, break up modern society’s merely functional collectives into self-governing, voluntarily co-operating groups, capable of functioning outside the bureaucratic systems of Big Business and Big Government.
-Aldous Huxley, in Brave New World Revisited (1958)
The single event that changed my life more than any other was TARP, aka the banker bailout. The unfairness, extreme greed and selfishness with which the status quo bailed out financial criminals while leaving the public high and dry changed me forever. When it comes to shaping American history, it is equal in importance to the attacks of 9/11.

There was some good news for citizens of Venezuela yesterday, when the government – having mostly given up on trying to provide its citizens’ with even the most basic food needs – announced it has opened its border with Colombia for the second time this month to allow people to buy food and medicine unavailable at home in their country’s collapsing economy. Colombia’s government said 44,000 people crossed on Saturday to buy food, medicine and cleaning products and said it expected that number to almost double on Sunday.
Bus terminals were packed and hotels filled to capacity in the border town of San Antonio, with many traveling hundreds of miles to shop.
The result of the scramble to obtain much needed staples is shown in the photos below.

Peter Schiff and I have been speaking for 5 years now. We’re seeing state sponsored civil unrest. 2016 is the beginning of the process that Peter has been warning of. People have been distracted by the bubble that the Fed blew. Bernanke was the hero. However, the reality is that everything that was done actually made the problems much worse and now we’re heading for a much worse disaster for which there are now bail-outs. There is no riding out this disaster.
