CDC admits it has been lying all along about Ebola transmission; “indirect” spread now acknowledged

by Mike Adams, Natural News:
Defying its own quack advice that the agency has been propagandizing for months, the CDC has now released a document on Ebola that admits the virus can spread through aerosolized droplets. The document, quietly released on the CDC website, also admits Ebola can contaminate surfaces such as doorknobs, causing infections to be spread through indirect means. [1] Here’s a backup source of the PDF just in case the CDC scrubs it:…
In other words, the CDC is now admitting it lied all along and that Natural News was correct from day one when we warned you about indirect transmission routes of the Ebola virus. (The CDC has always insisted it could only spread via “direct contact.”)
“Ebola is spread through droplets,” the CDC document now reads. Mirroring exactly what I’ve been telling millions of people in my free audio course at the CDC now says “A person might also get infected by touching a surface or object that has germs on it and then touching their mouth or nose.”

GMO Cholera Bacteria to Be Released in Australia, Canada, U.S.

by Christina Sarich, Natural Society:
Love in the Time of Cholera, written by Gabriel García Márquez is one of my favorite books of all time, but were I to be exposed to the disease and contract it, I certainly wouldn’t feel so romantically inspired. Márquez even says in the book, “There is no greater glory than to die for love,” but to die for a genetically modified bacteria? Please continue.
Cholera (KOL-er-a) is an illness that results from infection of the large intestine by Vibrio cholerae bacteria. It can cause watery (and deadly) diarrhea, vomiting, circulatory collapse, and shock – to such an extent that people die from it. There hasn’t been a major outbreak of cholera in the US.. since 1910, but worldwide it still affects millions of people.
Now, PaxVax is looking to Australian government officials to conduct a clinical trial of a genetically modified live bacterial vaccine against cholera.

The Story Changes: Ebola Is Now ‘Aerostable’ And Can Remain On Surfaces For 50 Days

by Michael Snyder, End of the American Dream:
When it comes to Ebola, the story that the government is telling us just keeps on changing.  At first, government officials were claiming that it was very difficult to spread the Ebola virus.  Some of them were even comparing it to HIV.  We were given the impression that we had to have “direct contact” with someone else’s body fluids in order to have any chance of catching the virus.  But of course that is not true at all.  Now authorities are admitting that Ebola is “aerostable”, that it can be “spread through droplets”, and that it can remain on surfaces for up to 50 days.  That is far different information than we have been getting up until this point.  So that means when they were so confidently declaring that they know exactly how Ebola spreads they were lying to us.

Fed-Backed Study: How to Brainwash Public into Fearing “Climate Change” Like Ebola

from Patriot Rising:
The NSF awarded an $84,000 grant to researchers at the State University of New York at Buffalo yesterday to figure out how to make the public fear “climate change and overpopulation” as much as Ebola by analyzing how the public became concerned about a potential large-scale Ebola outbreak in the U.S.
“In addition to the issue-specific value of knowing more about risk perceptions related to the Ebola outbreak, findings from this project will inform the design of communication messages related to risk issues that are often perceived to be psychologically distant by the American public, such as climate change and overpopulation,” the study’s abstract states. “The specific mechanisms through which the study variables influence risk communication behaviors will also inform communication campaigns aimed at encouraging greater public engagement with risk information.”

Maryland Teen Tased By Police 5 Times While In Hospital Dies of ‘Natural Causes’

by Henry Lamb, 12160:
A man in Baltimore, Maryland walked into a hospital on May 6th, 2014 because of an allergic reaction to medication prescribed to him by a dentist. Unfortunately he did not walk out of the hospital alive. Now people believe it is because police extensively tased him after being admitted into Good Samaritan Hospital.
A recent investigation by the Baltimore City state’s attorney claims “King began suffering from seizures and when hospital workers tried to move him to ICU, he refused and became combative, resulting in hospital personnel calling police.”

Individuals subject to “movement restrictions” if they have briefly been in vicinity of Ebola victim
by Paul Joseph Watson, Infowars:

The Centers for Disease Control has expanded the list of risk factors for Ebola that increase the federal agency’s power to forcibly quarantine individuals suspected of being exposed to the virus.
Under the new guidelines, issued on Monday, individuals are subject to “movement restrictions” if they have briefly been in the vicinity of an Ebola victim.
Previously the CDC outlined how, “Brief interactions, such as walking by a person or moving through a hospital, do not constitute close contact.” However, the new guidelines state that “brief proximity,” or “being in the same room for a brief period of time” with an Ebola victim now constitutes enough of a risk factor for consideration of mandatory quarantine.

Goldman On BOJ's Banzainomics: "We Highlight The Potential For Harsh Criticism Of Further Cost-Push Inflation"

It was about several months ago when Goldman, which initially was an enthusiastic supporter of BOJ's QE, turned sour on both Abenomics and the J-Curve (perhaps after relentless mocking on these pages), changed its tune, saying an unhappy ending for Abenomics is almost certainly in the cards. Not surprisingly then, in its post-mortem of the BOJ's overnight action, already being affectionately called Banzainomics, is hardly glowing, and is summarized as follows: "We maintain our view that unless the yen continues to depreciate significantly, as a result of the latest QQE action, the BOJ is unlikely to meet its scenario for inflation to stably reach 2% during FY2015. From a political perspective, with nationwide local elections looming in April 2015, we also highlight the potential for harsh criticism of further cost-push inflation driven by the weaker yen among nonmanufacturers, SMEs, and households. Irrespective of the latest easing moves, we believe the BOJ is treading a very narrow path."

Former Pro-GMO Biotech Scientist Admits GMOs Aren’t Safe, Refutes Claims by Monsanto

by Christina Sarich, Natural Society:
For how long will we need to go back and forth in this GMO battle before a sound conclusion is finally met? If you have been following the GMO debate at all, you probably realize that this issue will likely never rest, as numerous studies on both sides of the spectrum (one side showing safety and the other showing danger) will continue to surface. What’s more, this research as well as opinions will be born out of lies or false substantiation. You’ve likely read headlines like these lately and scoffed:

It is no secret that America’s handling of the current Ebola crisis has left something to be desired. The Obama Administration refuses to take even the simplest steps of banning flights to and from Ebola hot zones. There are no protocols in place and American hospitals are not prepared to deal with the problem.

Nobel Prize winner: Ebola can be spread by people who show no symptoms

by J. D. Heyes, Natural News:
Nearly 15 years ago, European and African scientists knew that the Ebola virus could infect a person without them knowing about it, meaning they can walk around with the virus in their system and never show any symptoms.
In 2000, The New York Times (archived here), cited the findings of a study published in a prestigious medical journal, reporting:
The possibility of asymptomatic infection was only suggested in earlier studies, they said in last week’s issue of The Lancet, a medical journal published in London. Now they said they had documented such infections for the first time. They found that the Ebola virus could persist in the blood of asymptomatic infected individuals for two weeks after they were first exposed to an infected individual. How much longer the virus can persist is unknown.

END OF QE? From This Day Forward, We Will Watch How The Stock Market Performs Without The Fed’s Monetary Heroin

by Michael Snyder, The Economic Collapse Blog:
Mark this day on your calendars.  The Dow is at 16974, the S&P 500 is at 1982 and the NASDAQ is at 4549.  From this day forward, we will be looking to see how the stock market performs without the monetary heroin that the Federal Reserve has been providing to it.  Since November 2008, the Fed has created about 3.5 trillion dollars and pumped it into the financial system.  An excellent chart illustrating this in graphic format can be found right here.  Pretty much everyone agrees that this has been a tremendous boon for the financial markets.  As you will see below, even former Fed chairman Alan Greenspan says that quantitative easing was “a terrific success” as far as boosting stock prices.  But he also says that QE has not been very helpful to the real economy at all.  In essence, the entire quantitative easing program was a massive 3.5 trillion dollar gift to Wall Street.  If that sounds unfair to you, that is because it is unfair.

Social Media Surveillance Expands as IBM Taps Twitter

by Joe Wright, Activist Post:
Public outrage about the global spy network continues to be ignored as corporations and governments announce open partnerships in harvesting all of our data. Social media is one particular playground for data brokers who feast upon the information we “willingly” provide.
I reported recently about Twitter’s ChatterGrabber program that is “used to monitor tickborne diseases, such as Lyme disease, public sentiment involving vaccines, and gun violence and terrorism, serving as an early warning system for public health officials through suspicious tweets or conversations.” That story was followed shortly after by the announcement that Twitter would open up its entire database to MIT beginning with its very first Tweet in 2006. We know that Facebook has used their algorithms to go beyond surveillance and actually manipulate the emotions of users as a type of psychology experiment. The “Truthy” study, funded by the National Science Foundation, directly targets political speech: One focus is the spread of “political smears, astroturfing, misinformation, and other social pollution.” Even a Republican member of the FCC said that it was a program right out of a George Orwell novel.
No matter – now tech behemoth IBM has its sights set on Twitter.

Here’s Why the Fed’s $4.45 Trillion Balance Sheet Is Not Going to Shrink

by Pam Martens and Russ Martens, Wall Street on Parade:
Back on June 25 of this year, Wall Street On Parade ran the following headline: “BOE’s Carney: Inflated Central Bank Balance Sheet the New Normal; Expect to Hear the Same Conclusion from the U.S. Fed.” The day before our headline, Bank of England Governor, Mark Carney, had just explained to Parliament why their central bank’s balance sheet, bloated through quantitative easing, was not going to be shrinking anytime soon.
Carney: “…I would define – picking up on what my colleagues have said – pre-crisis position as a position that’s consistent with the normal course of liquidity requirements of the banking system…What has changed, to the good, in terms of the banking system here is that through regulation and supervision we have put much more responsibility on the banks themselves to hold liquidity to manage liquidity shocks. And, as a consequence of that, their demand for reserves can be expected to be higher. The further consequence of that is that the balance sheet of the Bank of England will be larger…”
Translation: We have no idea how to unwind this mess any better than the Americans do.

Russia Weaponizes The Arctic: Will Build 13 Airfields And 10 Radar Stations To Meet "Unwelcome Guests"

Two weeks ago, Sweden was gripped by a ludicrous panic when it dispatched virtually its entire army, navy and airforce to hunt down what according to eyewitness reports (subsequently proven to be false) was a Russian sub that had broken down somewhere close to Stockholm. There was no sub. However, one angle that made the story plausible were rumors of a recent surge to Russian military transports and support units to the Artcic, in a scramble to defend its vast natural resource deposits located close to the North Pole. And not surprisingly, this weaponization of the Artic was confirmed two days ago when a senior military commander said that Russia will build at least 13 airfields and 10 radar stations in the Arctic to safeguard the nation's military security in the region.

Alan Greenspan: QE Failed To Help The Economy, The Unwind Will Be Painful, "Buy Gold"

"Gold is a good place to put money these days given its value as a currency outside of the policies conducted by governments." ... "Effective demand is dead in the water" and the effort to boost it via bond buying "has not worked.

FOMC Ends The QE Dream, Keeps "Considerable" Period Hopes Alive - Full Statement Redline

"Steady as she goes" was expected... having kept the "considerable time" dream alive last month, the FOMC ended QE3 on schedule but remained 'data-dependent' on reviving it... (even as Kocherlakota dissented)
And so now the "flow" has stopped; given that "bond buying" did not work, we are reminded of Alan Greenspan's warning that  "I don’t think it’s possible" for the Fed to end its easy-money policies in a trouble-free manner. Full redline below.

First Sell-Side Responses To FOMC Trickle In: "This Should Be A Risk Off Trade"

"The dove dissenting says it all," trader quips. "Fed comes in with a bit of a Hawkish tilt as it rids of key policy line around labor market..." If they are only fighting inflation now, they have less ability to enact more dovish policy. I think this should be a "risk off" trade.

Why The $1.5 Quadrillion Derivatives Market Will Disintegrate To Worthlessness

from ETF Daily News:
Jeff Nielson: The Corporate media is consistent in one (and only one) respect. It continually engages in self-contradiction. Month after month; these propagandists will assert again and again that “2 + 2 = 5”, and then we will wake up one morning to hear the same pundits assure us that actually “2 + 2 = 3”.
This is the byproduct of serial lying. With any person/entity which spews enormous quantities of lies; it is logically inevitable that many of the newer lies will contradict many of the older lies. The latest example of this concerns the economic dynamic known as deflation.

USA Today Bureau Chief: Obama Most ‘Dangerous’ President Ever for Media Freedom

by Warner Todd Huston, Breitbart:
USA Today Washington Bureau Chief Susan Page offered some of the sharpest criticism yet of the Obama administration’s violation of the freedom of the press, saying Obama is “more restrictive” and “more dangerous” than any president in history.
Page delivered these comments at a White House Correspondents’ Association (WHCA) seminar on October 25. This is nothing new, of course. Obama has been on the receiving end of heavy criticism over his treatment of the press.
In 2013, for instance, Fox News chief Roger Ailes released a scathing letter criticizing Obama for investigating Fox News reporter James Rosen. Ailes said that Obama and his politicized Department of Justice is “criminalizing the pursuit of investigative journalism.”

Fireworks Fly As Peter Schiff Warns "An Economy That Lives By QE, Dies By QE"

Ahead of tomorrow's decision by the FOMC, Peter Schiff ventured on to CNBC to discuss the economy, the fed, and gold... among other things. Schiff rightly fears that while the Fed may well stop QE3 tomorrow, QE4 will not be too long behind it as he notes, rather eloquently, that "an economy that lives by QE, will die by QE" as the Fed's total lack of willingness to allow stocks to fall (see Bullard 2 weeks ago) or a 'cleansing' recession leaves the nation's economy in far worse shape than it was before the Fed's intervention. Schiff calmly replies to the anchor's questions (as she proclaims "I am not on the side of the Fed but..."), gently explains his view on gold when challenged about his 'wrongness', but when a guest starts hounding him for being dangerous to CNBC viewers wealth... Schiff (rightly) loses it - must watch!

Physical Silver Being Drained…

Thru today (Oct 28) the U.S. mint has sold 4,365,000 silver eagles.  This is by far the highest total for October on record, with 3 business days left in the month.   It remains to be seen if 2014′s yearly total will exceed last year’s  42,675,000.  But if November and December continue at the September/October 4 million-plus rate, 2014 will smash last year’s record.  Either way, the U.S. mint is selling more ounces of silver than all U.S. mines combined produce annually.
As most of you know the roughly 93% of the physical silver inventory – 1,062 tonnes has been removed this year from the Shanghai Futures Exchange – see this LINK.

Does This Look Like A Housing Recovery To You?

by Michael Snyder, The Economic Collapse Blog:
We just learned that the homeownership rate in the United States has fallen to the lowest level in 19 years.  But of course this is not a new trend.  As you will see in this article, the homeownership rate in the United States has been in a continual decline for more than 7 years.  Obviously this is not a sign of a healthy economy.  Traditionally, homeownership has been one of the key indicators that you belong to the middle class.  When people define “the American Dream”, it is usually one of the first things mentioned.  So if the percentage of Americans that own a home has been steadily going down for 7 years in a row, what does that tell us about the health of the middle class in this country?

Disorderly Reset Coming-Dollar Goes to Zero-Egon von Greyerz

from USA Watchdog:
Wealth preservation expert Egon von Greyerz is not bullish on the U.S. dollar.

Greyerz explains, “More and more countries are trying to go away from the dollar, and I think the days of the dollar are counted. I think the dollar is going to start falling rapidly in coming months and years. Of course, it already has fallen dramatically in the last few decades, but that will now accelerate. It will go down to its intrinsic value which is zero, which most currencies do over their lifetime. Of course, we have the movements in Russia and China with alternative currencies for commodities like oil, etc. There will be a very disorderly reset with currencies falling. They can’t all fall at the same time, but they will fall dramatically, and gold will, of course, reflect that. The stock markets are in a bubble, and they will also fall. I think the secular bull market we have seen is finished. Now, we are going to see a very long bear market. Of course, the biggest bubble of them all, where governments do all they can to keep the bubble going, is the bond market. We have more debt than ever and interest rates at zero. That just doesn’t add up.” Greyerz goes on to say, “You can’t have governments borrow more than ever and have interest rates at zero. You can only do that temporarily because you have governments printing money and artificially holding interest rates down. That will not last either. So, the reset will be dramatic. It won’t happen overnight, but there will be events that trigger short term pitfalls, but this is a long term thing.”

The CDC is finally admitting this fact. The CDC put out a new poster stating:

ER Doctor Reveals Truth: ‘Hospitals Can’t Save Ebola Patients’

by Melissa Melton, TRUTHstreammedia:

A severely botched Ebola case (which resulted in at least two more cases) has turned a Dallas, Texas hospital into a virtual ghost town, with its ER visits dropping 50% and revenue dropping 25% since it happened. When I called the place, the woman in the ER who answered the phone refused to even tell me what the wait time would be if I showed up in the ER (per what she said was hospital “policy”); must be a new policy, because when ABC News asked a few days before me, they got an answer of “zero wait time” in a hospital where it used to be an hour.
People are realizing that going to the hospital in the case of Patient Zero Thomas Eric Duncan did not make his situation any better and by the second time, only prolonged the inevitable while putting other people in harm’s way.

Testing negative for Ebola is meaningless; the virus is not detectable for up to six weeks

It’s too bad that many of the people debating the Ebola quarantine issue don’t know anything about virology. So far, the focus on New York’s reversal of its Ebola quarantine rule has centered on a single repeated claim: “The nurse tested NEGATIVE for Ebola!” Therefore she should be released, the logic goes.
Unfortunately, Ebola doesn’t work that way. A person who is carrying Ebola and replicating Ebola inside their own blood will test negative for Ebola for up to six weeks. The test won’t show a positive result until the virus has replicated to a sufficient quantity to be detectable.

When a bank makes a loan, it simply adds to the borrower’s deposit account in the bank by the amount of the loan. The money is not taken from anyone else’s deposits; it was not previously paid in to the bank by anyone. It’s new money, created by the bank for the use of the borrower.

Brainwashing Techniques Designed to Promote Acceptance of the Coming Genocide

These six corporations are intertwined with controlling forces of big oil, the military industrial complex, the Federal Reserve and Wall Street. They control who gets elected through campaign donations and more importantly, they have brainwashed an entire nation to accept serfdom at the hands of their corporate masters.

7 Things The Middle-Class Can't Afford Anymore

Though there is some debate over the exact income a middle class household brings in, USA Today notes that we do have an idea of who the middle class are — most working class people. Today's bourgeoisie is composed of laborers and skilled workers, white collar and blue collar workers, many of whom face financial challenges. Bill Maher reminded us a few months back that 50 years ago, the largest employer was General Motors, where workers earned an equivalent of $50 per hour (in today's money). Today, the largest employer — Wal-Mart — pays around $8 per hour. The middle class has certainly changed. USA Today's Cheat Sheet has ranked a list of things the middle class can no longer really afford.

Can't Find Any Inflation? Here's A Place To Start

Lately, there has been much anguished consternation, especially among the tenured US economics professors (primarily those who make 6-digits or more per year) and of course, the Federal Reserve where as we revealed last week, at least 113 government workers make $250,000 (excluding bonuses) and thus all are confined within the cozy cocoon of America's "1%ers", about the so-called complete disappearance and collapse in inflation. So to help these ivory tower-confined individuals in their holy grail to rediscover the inflation that is more than felt by the rest of America, here are two simple charts.

Pentagon To Quarantine Troops Returning From West Africa For 21 Days

The United Nations' Secretary-General stated that returning workers from Ebola-stricken nations should not be mandatorily quarantined. President Obama expressed his displeasure at mandatory quarantines and "concerns with the unintended consequences of policies not grounded in science." So, the news that "Army troops returning from Ebola zones will be held in isolation for 21 days," will likely raise Obama's ire. The somewhat pathetic and stunning spin here is that Senior Pentagon officials say it is not a "quarantine," but rather "controlled monitoring."

Ebola quarantine nurse’s ties to CDC scrubbed from web; was it a staged op to invoke opposition to quarantines?

by Mike Adams, Natural News:
Kaci Hickox, the nurse who was quarantined in New Jersey over her high risk status as a possible Ebola carrier, has ties to the CDC which have been deliberately hidden by the mainstream media.
Right now, a war is waging between states like New Jersey, New York and Illinois — which have all decided to quarantine travelers at high risk of Ebola infections — and the federal government which is adamantly opposed to border security, medical quarantines and travel bans.
Kaci Hickox emerged in the center of this debate just yesterday when she complained of being “interrogated” and held in violation of her civil rights. Kaci’s profile, which described her links to the CDC, was scrubbed from the web earlier today, and even Google cache has strangely been cleared of her profile which previously detailed her ties to the CDC.

N.Y., N.J., Illinois impose new Ebola quarantine rules as Feds Refuse to Stop Flights

Days after the incompetent Obama administration allowed another Ebola infected doctor into the United States – yet again putting the public at risk by allowing the doctor to roam around New York City, while showing active symptoms of the disease – New York, New Jersey, and Illinois have all enacted strict quarantine rules for returning doctors.
Earlier this week, Dr. Craig Spencer came down with Ebola. The doctor, who had just returned from treating Ebola patients in West Africa, created a major health scare after he traveled around New York while having an active case of Ebola. The doctor, who in my opinion should be held criminally liable for his actions, carelessly used the New York Subway system, used public transportation, stopped at restaurants and coffee houses, and even went out for a night of drinking and bowling at a trendy New York bar.

Are You An Authoritarian?

Having previously provided a quick-and-dirty test to check whether you are a terrorist, we thought the following simple table would help readers test themselves (or their friends) for 'authoritarianism'.

"They Just Want The Money!" The IRS Can Now Seize Accounts On Suspicion Alone

“How can this happen?” Ms. Hinders said in a recent interview. “Who takes your money before they prove that you’ve done anything wrong with it?”
The federal government does.

Hillary: "Business Does Not Create Jobs", Washington Does

“Don’t let anybody tell you it’s corporations and businesses create jobs,” Clinton said to a crowd in Boston, reminding everyone of her views on spending from the past, "The money has to go to the federal government because the federal government will spend that money better than the private sector will spend it."

Are We Ready For The Fall Of Baghdad?

"This is simple payback for Washington's threats, banking fines and penalties against institutions and nations de jure that fail to march to the US tune of dictating trade and financial arrangements. The world is now ganging up on the United States because Washington has terrorized smaller nations around the world for decades as the big bully on the block."

The Challenges Of Defending Your Child’s Mind From Propaganda

Let’s face it, your child’s mind is fertile ground for oligarchs, corrupt politicians and any other thieving member of the so-called “ruling elite” who aim to enslave the masses both mentally and monetarily. Unfortunately, the propaganda that comes from the government and our largest corporations is perceived as being absolute truth by most people. If you’re like me, at one point in time you had to wake up to it all and accept that you had been completely brainwashed for the first few decades for your life. I truly believe that most Americans suffer from Stockholm Syndrome.

Ebola scare fabricated by U.S. media to make profit…?

from Press TV:
American lies brought to you an Iraq war and hundreds of thousands dead. American lies recently brought us the barbarism of Ukraine. American lies next forced all to bear witness to contrived atrocities in Syria and accept fabricated excuses for hundreds of dead children in Gaza.
American lies now bring you Ebola. To begin, consider:
- The Center for Disease Control (CDC), the epicenter for all worldwide media information and purported credibility about Ebola, is a forprofit, publicly traded, private corporation with a very dark, sinister and criminal past.
- On April 29, 2010, the CDC acquired the patent and ownership for the Zaire Ebola Virus (ZEBOV). By doing so, it acquired rights for all pending bioengineered forms of the heinous virus, including vaccines and infection tests.

Big Pharma has owned Ebola vaccine for years; waiting for virus to kill enough people for it to be profitable

by Jonathan Benson, Natural News:
The truth is finally coming out about the Ebola crisis and its real purpose, which appears to be to sell more vaccines. As it turns out, the drug industry has had Ebola vaccines in the pipeline for years, but it has been waiting for just the right time to release them for maximum profits, unveiling just a little bit more about the true agenda behind all the current Ebola fear-mongering.
Nearly a decade ago, researchers from Canada and the U.S. collaborated on the development of a vaccine for Ebola, which they tested on monkeys. Based on these tests, the vaccine was found to be 100 percent effective, and the results were published in the well respected journal Nature Medicine.
It was assumed at the time that the vaccine would be released commercially to stop the disease’s spread in places like West Africa — but it wasn’t. The reason is that there was no profit to be made in releasing the vaccine at that time. Instead, Big Pharma decided to shelve the project until a later date when demand for the vaccine was higher, and more money could be made.

Ten glaring Ebola contradictions told by government authorities who think we’re all just stupid

Twenty isolation hospital beds and 100,000 body bags… hmmm…
by Mike Adams, Natural News:
New York Governor Cuomo began yesterday’s Ebola press conference by gently waving his hand at reporters and uttering, “These are not the droids you’re looking for.” When that didn’t work, he pulled out a pocket watch and let it swing back and forth like a pendulum, slowly repeating “Ebola is hard to catch. Ebola is hard to catch. You are feeling sleepy…” As anybody with a brain has figured out by now, everything we’re being told about Ebola by government authorities is a distortion, a contradiction or an outright lie. But what are the best lies and contradictions we’ve heard so far?
Here’s the list:
#1) We are wearing space suits just because they make us look cool
There’s absolutely no risk that Dr. Spencer infected anyone in New York City, which is why we are going to closely monitor four people he came into contact with. We do that because we like to monitor random people for no real reason.

New York, New Jersey Begin Mandatory Quarantines In Ebola Response

Despite the constant confirmation that New York "is prepared, and has been prepared for months" for an Ebola outbreak (that is extremely difficult to catch apparently), it appears Governor Cuomo and NJ's Christie are more concerned than they are letting on. Having earlier admitted that the CDC's screening guidelines are "insufficient" for New York regions' population density, Reuters reports that Cuomo and Christie are considering "enhanced screening" where "all healthcare workers will be mandatorily quarantined." Cue "state of emergency" proclamation and civil liberties 'interrupted'...

Johnson & Johnson to have 1 Million Experimental Ebola Vaccines Ready in 2015

by Christina Sarich, Natural Society:
By May of 2015, Johnson & Johnson (J&J), one of the largest pharmaceutical companies on the planet, plans to have 250,000 experimental Ebola vaccine doses at the ready. The mega corp also plans to have 1,000,000 doses in total ready for delivery next year. J&J is racing to develop a mass-population vaccine along with GlaxoSmithKline and NewLink Genetics.
Make up your own mind about what this means, but the World Health Organization (WHO) is hoping that tens of thousands of people in West African countries affected by Ebola will take the new experimental drugs. The trend may follow in America.
Just a few years ago, J&J paid a $1 billion dollar settlement in a class action suit involving their anti-psychotic drug, Respirdal, and a criminal investigation is still underway. The company also coughed up $2.2 billion dollars in a drug-marketing scandal involving the same product. GlaxoSmithKline has equal detractors, with a former employee stating that the company was handing out adulterated batches of drugs like Halloween candy.

Obama May go down as Worst President in History

from Armstrong Economics:
It is interesting to watch how the Democrats try to distance themselves from Obama. He may go down as the absolute worst president in history. One has to ask was this some sort of plot to make sure no black president will ever be elected again? Is Obama really in charge? Perhaps they just hand him a golf club like Hillary handed Clinton bimbos so she could run the joint. I attended the National Press dinner in Washington where Clinton delivered the keynote speech. I was sitting at the table with the conservative TV journalists and his speech was so good, everyone had to really applaud – except the few very famous guys I was sitting with. I said to them – come on! That was a fantastic speech in how it was delivered. They conceded that, but still did not like the content.
Most people have no idea that Clinton was elected with less than 50% of the popular votes. Clinton was elected with just 43.01%. The only president to have been elected with a lower percentage was Abraham Lincoln during the election of 1860 (John Quincy Adams does not count being the first public election).

NYPD Stunner: Cops Exit Ebola Victim Apartment, Dump Gloves, Masks In Sidewalk Trash Can

If there was one theme from last night's Cuomo/De Blasio Ebola press conference it was 'how everyone has been preparing for months' for Ebola. We can all be reassured, right? Wrong! As The Daily Mail reports (and these stunning photos show), the police officers involved in securing Dr. Spencer tossed their gloves, masks and the caution tape used to block off access to his apartment in a public trash can.
