Mega-landlord prepares for downturn.On Wednesday, mega-landlord Equity Residential – which “owns or has investments in 314 properties consisting of 78,351 apartment units” and whose chairman and founder is the ultimate real-estate market timer Sam Zell – warned for the second time since the end of April about apartment rental revenues.
This time, it blamed a flood of new supply in two cities – the craziest, most ludicrously priced housing markets in the US: New York and San Francisco.
Turns out newly signed leases aren’t meeting expectations in those cities, and they’re dragging down the company’s overall national results.

The most recent State Department inspector general report, finds Hillary Clinton broke government rules with her personal email use, and it exponentially increases “the likelihood and pressure for the Justice Department to pursue criminal charges, an intelligence source familiar with the FBI investigation told Fox News”.
At issue are the 2,100 classified emails discovered on Clinton’s private server constitute a violation of federal code, including the Espionage Act’s 18 USC 793, known as the “gross negligence” statute. According to Fox News intelligence source, FBI Director James Comey plans to make a recommendation based on the evidence, to pursue criminal charges. However, the decision to prosecute ultimately rests with Attorney General Loretta Lynch.

Like many Americans in this nation, the time for Hussein Soetoro to
leave office cannot come soon enough. If members of Congress followed
the Constitution, the totalitarian dictator would have already been
removed from office and serving a sentence after facing impeachment and a
criminal court. The man speaks so many lies and stirs the pot of racism
and division in this nation all the while blaming the division on
citizens. It has gotten to the point that people are angry; and, it is
going to get worse.
