An unprecedented leak of more than 11 million documents has revealed the hidden financial dealings of some of the world's wealthiest people, as well as 12 current and former world leaders and 128 more politicians and public officials around the world. The data allows a never-before-seen view inside the offshore world — providing a day-to-day, decade-by-decade look at how dark money flows through the global financial system, breeding crime and stripping national treasuries of tax revenues.

Mossack Fonseca: The Nazi, CIA And Nevada Connections... And Why It's Now Rothschild's Turn
Submitted by Tyler Durden on 04/03/2016 - 19:38
"Jurgen Mossack’s family landed here in the 1960s. During World War II, his father had served in the Nazi Party’s Waffen-SS, according to U.S. Army intelligence files obtained by the ICIJ. Once in Panama, the elder Mossack offered to spy on communists in Cuba for the CIA." And yes, Mossack Fonseca may now be history, and its countless uberwealthy clients exposed, but none other than Rothschild is now delighted to be able to fill its rather large shoes.

Submitted by Tyler Durden on 04/03/2016 - 17:12 "Any speculation that IMF staff would consider using a credit event as a negotiating tactic is simply nonsense... this weekend’s incident has made me concerned as to whether we can indeed achieve progress in a climate of extreme sensitivity to statements of either side... I have decided to allow our team to return to Athens to continue the discussions... it is critical that your authorities ensure an environment that respects the privacy of their internal discussions and take all necessary steps to guarantee their personal safety... the IMF conducts its negotiations in good faith, not by way of threats, and we do not communicate through leaks."The Onion Explains How Virtual Reality Will Change Our Lives

Here, courtesy of The Onion, are some potential ways that Oculus Rift and other virtual reality technologies will affect our lives.About That Historic Q1 Market Rebound: 24 Of 26 Massive Snapback Rallies Occurred Within A Secular Bear Market
Submitted by Tyler Durden on 04/03/2016 - 18:58 One thing that may be instructive about the massive Q1 reversal which saw the Dow Jones rebound off its low by the most since 1933, is the overall investment climate in which they occur. The three prior events took place within secular bear markets. Additionally, there were 26 other quarters since 1900 which saw the DJIA recover at least 8% off its quarterly low after being down at least 10%. All but 2 of those quarters (4Q, 1987 and 4Q, 1997) occurred within a secular bear market. Why Silicon Valley’s “It’s Different This Time” Is Now A Broken Record
Submitted by Tyler Durden on 04/03/2016 - 18:20 Like a broken record whenever a profit measure was asked of “Silicon Valley” (i.e., everything social or tech) as to when something would either be profitable or, begin returning investor cash with either net profits or dividends. The response was always the same “It’s different this time.” Meaning: there aren’t any now, but just you wait! Some are still waiting, and waiting, and waiting, and….Iran Oil Minister Rejects Saudi Demand To Freeze Crude Production
Submitted by Tyler Durden on 04/03/2016 - 17:45 Today, what little hope there may have been that Iran will suddenly change its mind and join the production freeze evaporated on Sunday when Iran's oil minister rejected a Saudi demand to stop throttling up its petroleum production. As the WSJ adds, this threatens what has become a farcical deal to "limit crude output and raise prices" when the major oil producers meet in Doha on April 17.First Panama Papers Casualty? Submitted by Tyler Durden on 04/03/2016 - 17:15 Iceland's former PM Johanna Sigurdardottir is calling upon Gunnlaugssonto resign to "prevent a social uprising", and calling on him to “give a straightforward account of all the facts of the matter”. The former finance minister Steingrímur Sigfússon told the Guardian: “We can’t permit this. Iceland would simply look like a banana republic." Submitted by Tyler Durden on 04/03/2016 - 14:44 For the first time in history, more people are obese than underweight, according to a new study. Behind the global spike is greater access to cheap food as incomes have risen. "It’s been very easy, as countries get out of poverty, to eat a lot, and to eat a lot of unhealthy calories,” said the study’s senior author, adding that "the price of fresh fruits, vegetables, and whole grains are often “noticeably more than highly processed carbohydrates." The rich world can blunt the health impacts of unhealthy weight with drugs, but health systems in the developing world may not be equipped to do the same.Stanley Druckenmiller: "This Is The Most Unsustainable Situation I Have Seen In My Career"
Submitted by Tyler Durden on 04/03/2016 - 14:27 "when I look at the current picture of expected tax revenues combined with benefits promised to future generations, this is the most unsustainable situation I have seen ever in my career." The disaster that Druckenmiller sees coming for the United States is all about changing demographics and entitlement spending. They don’t add up to a sustainable situation. Fixing this is going to require some real sacrifice by the American people and that doesn’t sound like a very appealing platform upon which to get re-elected.Chart Of The Quarter: Nothing Else Matters
Submitted by Tyler Durden on 04/03/2016 - 14:10 US equity markets rebounded by the greatest amount ever in Q1 to end the quarter with a "keep the dream alive" positive return. This 'central-bank'-sponsored bounce occurred as S&P 500 earnings expectations plunged 9.6% - the biggest quarterly collapse since Q1 2009. Simply put, nothing else matters. The Narrative Changes: Goldman "Explains" That Higher Oil Prices Are Actually Better For The Economy
Submitted by Tyler Durden on 04/03/2016 - 13:40 "Cheap oil has become “too much of a good thing” for growth", according to Goldman which in an "analysis" concludes "that the net effect of cheap oil on growth has probably been negative so far, with the capex collapse outweighing the consumption boost. Which is a confirmation of everything we have said since late 2014.Presidential candidate Donald Trump stepped in it last week, giving a flippant answer about abortion while being bombarded by rapid fire questions from Chris Matthews, a democratic party political hack pretending to be a journalist.
According to Trump’s initial answer — which has since been walked back — if lawmakers were to outlaw abortion across the country (which will never happen), those who break the law should receive some sort of punishment.
This answer predictably set off a firestorm across the media, which reiterated that women’s bodies are their own and that government should keep its hands off their bodies. Yet this same media establishment gleefully contradicts itself when the issue turns to vaccines. The “Pro Choice” mantra of the mainstream media instantly transformed into “NO CHOICE” when the topic turns to vaccines.

A perfect storm is brewing for the shipping industry.
The bellwether sector is in crisis mode as it navigates oil price volatility, a drop in global demand and a glut of supply in ship capacity. Around 90% of the world’s goods are transported by sea, so when demand drops, shipping companies are among the first to notice.
Global growth is waning, while concerns swirl around China’s economic slowdown. China is the world’s second-largest economy and biggest exporter, but it’s now posting its weakest annual growth in 25 years.

China has thrown down the gauntlet in an escalating trade war over the global steel glut, imposing punitive tariffs of 46pc on hi-tech steel produced in Britain and the rest of the European Union.
The astonishing move came as the Prime Minister, David Cameron, confronted the Chinese leader Xi Jinping at a meeting in Washington, pleading for action to slow the flood of Chinese steel exports reaching Europe.
The imminent demise of the Port Talbot steelworks and Tata’s wider steel operations in Britain has mushroomed within days into a full-blown national drama, calling into question the Government’s whole approach to China.

Exposed: New Damien (2016) TV show and the Mark of the Beast
by SGT, The Phaser:
It is now painfully obvious that Hollywood is pushing the Illuminati Satanic anti-Christ agenda with mainstream television shows like Fox’s Lucifer and A & E’s Damien. And if you think it’s merely “entertainment”, never forget, there is a reason they call it television “programming”. They are preparing the hearts and minds of an unsuspecting public to accept their Luciferian New World Order agenda… even under the guise of “humor” as seen on Cartoon Network with the “adult swim” show Your Pretty Face is Going To Hell, a “live-action comedy” about about Gary, an associate demon, who attempts to capture souls on earth in order to climb the corporate ladder of the underworld. “This is about opening the portals, opening the gates for the demonic spirits to come through,” notes You Tuber Round SatrunsEye.
And for those who need more proof of the mainstream plan to blatantly push the Luciferian agenda all over the world, look no further than this monstrously horrific and demonic “fashion show” that just took place in China where Designer Hu Sheguang dressed models head to toe in red PVC, fake bloody babies and giant devil horns, which The Daily Mail aptly described as “the stuff of nightmares”.
It seems this demonic imagery is everywhere these days, and it’s no longer being hidden. Are we nearing the final days and a world that’s ready to worship the Beast?

Did you hear the latest from Malcolm Turnbull?
He wants to put taxing power back in the hands of the states so they can fund their health and education systems.
On the surface, this is a decent reform. It gives states, other than NSW and Victoria, the opportunity to lure people and businesses by setting more attractive tax rates. Creating tax-based competition among the states is a good way of creating a more competitive and productive society.

Maybe I’m lucky. Or maybe it’s just common sense.
I’ve been involved in the investment advisory business for 30 years. And except for a few early mistakes buying real estate, the big financial hoaxes and bubbles that devastated so many investors never burned me.
That made a huge difference over time. It allowed me to grow my net worth year after year without a single year of loss.
I learned several lessons about growing wealth and avoiding the biggest mistakes average investors make.

As indicated above, getting permitless carry enacted in Idaho was not an easy task this year.
There are three powerful Republican chairmen in the House chamber who did not want permitless carry, and they had successfully blocked this legislation for quite some time.
But GOA and ISAA worked tirelessly to support a clean Constitutional Carry bill that didn’t take away rights from existing citizens as part of a so-called “compromise.”
