reporting that ISIS, or the Islamic State, is “a tool” of the United

“Edward Snowden revealed that the CIA and Mossad were involved in establishing ISIS, which they called a ‘wasps’ nest’ that would attract extremists and create a security [buffer] for the Zionist regime,” stated the Kayhan.
