ISIS Threatens Attacks On Washington DC In New Video

CONFIRMED: French Government Knew Extremists BEFORE Attack

by Tony Cartalucci, Activist Post:
The UK Daily Mail reported in its article, “Hunt for the Isis killers: One terrorist identified as ‘young Frenchman known to authorities’ – another two found with Syrian and Egyptian passports,” that:
One of the terrorists involved in last night’s attacks in Paris has been officially identified as a Parisian, according to local media reports.
The man, who was killed at the Bataclan, was identified using his fingerprints and was from the southern Parisian neighbourhood of Courcouronnes.
French reports say that the man, who was around 30 years old, was already known to French anti-terrorist authorities prior to last night’s attacks.

Stop the “Refugee” Trojan Horse from Bringing More ISIS & Death to Europe

Tragic & Totally Predictable Outcome
from The Wealth Watchman:

Well, the event that I predicted over the summer, in an article entitled “The Fake European Refugee Crisis”, has now sadly become deadly true in Paris, France.  A series of deadly terror attacks led by several small teams of gunmen, left all of Europe and the States in shock.  I urge you to go back and read that article.
In it, I warned that letting 1 million human souls, from the most troubled place on planet earth, just traipse through Christian Europe, with no time to vet them(or plans on what to do with them), was the most dangerous and foolish thing that modern Europe had ever done.

Texas Governor To Obama: No Syrian Refugees In The Lone Star State

"Given the tragic attacks in Paris and the threats we have already seen, Texas cannot participate in any program that will result in Syrian refugees - any one of whom could be connected to terrorism - being resettled in Texas,"

Widespread Terrorism Is Just Part Of The Perfect Storm That Is Now Descending On The Western World

by Michael Snyder, The Economic Collapse Blog:

Words cannot adequately describe the utter horror that was unleashed on the streets of Paris, France on Friday.  CNN is calling it “the worst violence witnessed in France since World War II“, and even though it happened a couple of days ago now, many of us are still having a really tough time processing what took place.  Somehow, a small group of less than 10 radical Islamists was able to unleash a coordinated wave of attacks that killed at least 129 people and injured at least 350.  All of this comes less than a year after the Charlie Hebdo massacre in Paris, and many in the western world are now starting to understand that something has fundamentally changed.  Even though France has a highly advanced anti-terrorism infrastructure, and even though it also has some of the strictest anti-gun laws in Europe, none of that did anything to prevent these attacks.  Despite all of our advanced technology, the openness of our society makes us highly vulnerable to Islamic terror.  And as more waves of refugees from the Middle East are absorbed by both Europe and the United States, it is inevitable that there will be more attacks like this.

A New Low? Hillary Clinton Claims 9/11 Is The Reason She's Owned By Wall Street

That Hillary Clinton is owned by Wall Street is such an indisputable fact at this point, there’s no point in her even trying to squirm her way out of it. As such, it appears she took on a different tact at last night’s Democratic debate, straight out of the George W. Bush playbook. When asked about her Wall Street donors (her top career contributors are essentially all TBTF banks), she shamelessly replied: "We were attacked in downtown Manhattan where Wall Street is. I did spend a whole lot of time and effort helping them rebuild. That was good for New York. It was good for the economy, and it was a way to rebuke the terrorists who had attacked our country."

The Last Time Bond Bears Were This Short, Treasury Yields Collapsed

Bond traders have not been this speculatively short Treasuries since early 2010. Since The Fed turned uber hawkish at the last FOMC, and convinced the market that it will raise rates in December - despite dismally dropping data everywhere, speculators have drastically increased their short positions across the entire Treasury spectrum. The last time the world was this short Treasuries, the 10Y yield collapsed from 3.94% to 2.39% in just 3 months. Simply put, The Fed has created - through its constant communication and confusion - the biggest bear trap for bond traders... if a hike does not come in December, 2010's yield collapse could look like a stroll in the park, especially in the newly illiquid normal.

Forget Paris, Trading Stocks Today Is As Easy As '123' Again

Stocks are up, because of fun-durr-mentals again...

9/11, 3/11, 7/7, 11/13; New York, Madrid, London, Paris

French President Hollande declared eerily early in the ‘game’ he was sure ISIS is behind the tragedy, and ISIS statements seem to confirm that conclusion. But what is ISIS? And where does it come from? It’s no longer really credible to entirely ignore the role of the west, including France, in the origins of the ‘movement’, if it can be called that. From Al Queda to ISIS, and scores of groups and factions in between and beyond, there is at least some kind of link to western military action in the middle East. And that link goes back quite a few years, if not decades.

Oil Weakness Accelerates, Slams OPEC Export Price Below $40 For First Time Since Feb 2009

Overnight saw a significant ramp higher in crude prices as, presumably, the Paris attacks sparked further Mid-East tension fears and increased the war premium (as Japanese economic growth raises more demand conccerns). But that has all gone now as WTI Crude nears a $39 handle once again and, for the first time since February 2009, OPEC Oil Basket price has traded with a $39 handle.

Rich Nation Problems: Even If Norway Wanted To Do QE, They Couldn't

"My guess is that we will have negative rates in Norway before there will be any talk of QE"...

No Serious Financial Repercussions From The Paris Attacks? Don't Be Too Sure

It's not just tourism and retail sales that might swoon--global sentiment might switch decisively from "risk-on" to "risk-off" with far-reaching consequences, a reversal that would quickly cascade through every asset class and every market--not just in the short-term, but in the long term.

Confused? Here Is What Dennis Gartman Is Doing

"Clearly we wish that we had had the presence of mind to have been aggressively net short of equities, but we did not, nor are we that lucky. We shall, however, look upon any intra-day rally in the market as a point at which to become modestly shorter of the market."

Empire Fed Misses (Again), Contracts For 4th Straight Month As Average Workweek Collapses

For the 4th month in a row, and 9th month of the last 10, Empire Fed Manufacturing survey missed expectations printing -10.74 (against expectations of -6.34). This is the 4th monthly contraction - the longest streak of contraction outside of recession. Future outlook (hope) dropped to recent lows as New Orders have now contracted for 7 straight months, and number of employees shrinks once again as the average workweek collapsed to the lowest sicne July 2011.

Fox News Host Just Destroyed Liberal Guest With Seven-Word Question She Can’t Answer

from Western Journalism:

Amid widespread civil unrest concentrated within college communities across the nation, one group of university students is making a bold demand for three specific – and costly – federal benefits.
Keely Mullen, who serves as the Million Student March’s national organizer, spoke to Fox Business Network’s Neil Cavuto regarding the group’s list of demands.
“Um, well, so the movement, the Million Student march is a movement for a more equitable and fair system of education,” Mullen insisted, “as opposed to the really corporate model we have now.”

Flashback – McCain makes surprise trip to visit Syrian rebels

from news.Yahoo:
Leaders of Syria’s opposition forces got a chance to make their case for increased U.S. support directly with Sen. John McCain when he slipped into that country for a surprise visit.
“We are peaceful people, we would like to see our country liberated from this dictatorship, liberated from this murder regime, and we would like to have the best relations with all the countries in the world,” Gen. Salim Idris, chief of the Supreme Military Council of the Free Syrian Army, said Tuesday in an interview with The Associated Press.
Idris accompanied McCain on Monday as the senator made an unannounced trip to Syria, the first U.S. senator to travel to the country since the civil war began more than two years ago. McCain has been a forceful proponent of military action against the forces of President Bashar Assad and a critic of President Barack Obama’s handling of the situation.

US Rejects Russia’s Syrian Peace Proposal

from Global Research:
Throughout four-and-a-half years of conflict, Russia has gone all-out to resolve it diplomatically – in stark contrast to Washington, wanting endless war continued, no matter the devastating human toll.
Obama bears full responsibility for horrific carnage and mass displacement, using ISIS and other takfiri terrorists, imported foot soldiers from scores of countries, supplemented since September 2014 by US air attacks on Syrian infrastructure and other government targets, aiming to replace Assad with a Western-controlled puppet, eliminate an Israeli rival and isolate Iran.
Washington rejected earlier Russian peace proposals, again its latest effort, claiming so-called opposition figures dismissed it. It’s unclear who they are or if a legitimate non-terrorist opposition exists.

Noose Tightens Around Catalonia’s Economy

from Wolf Street:

Investor fears are on the rise south of the Pyrenees as Catalonia, Spain’s richest region (pound for pound), descends into political chaos and Spain’s central government threatens to cut off funding to the region. “This is a genuine economic tragedy” that “could ruin Catalonia,” laments Josep Bou, the president of Catalonia’s Business Association and unapologetic unionist. “There is a complete lack of governance” and Catalan society is becoming increasingly “divided” and “polarized.”
Junk Bond Status
The rating agency Fitch heaped further pressure on Catalonia by downgradingits credit rating from BBB- to junk-bond status BB after the region’s parliament approved a resolution this week to begin the separation from Spain.

COMMON SENSE: Michigan Gov. Rick Snyder Halts Acceptance of Syrian Refugees After Muslims’ Massacre in Paris

DETROIT (AP) — Michigan’s Republican governor, who has bucked many party leaders by welcoming Syrian refugees, is putting the efforts on hold following the deadly attacks in Paris.

He added that Michigan is “proud of our rich history of immigration” but that Michigan’s “first priority is protecting the safety of our residents.”

CAPTAGON: The ‘War’ Drug That Fuels ISIS Terrorism and Savagery

from Before Its News:
CAPTAGON: Tons Of Amphetamine Drugs Smuggled Into Syria To Fuel ISIS Terrorism
Editor’s Note:
There is only one reason why tons of captagon are being smuggled into the Mideast theatre of war.   Captagon is “an amphetamine widely used among ISIS fighters in the Middle East” which gives the terrorists a false sense of courage toward facing their own death and fearlessness about sustaining serious bodily injury.
Without this powerful mind-altering drug many ISIS mercenaries would never even venture onto the desert battlefields dotting the Middle Eastern landscape.  The Islamic State terrorists would have neither the insensitivity to face war’s barbarism nor the temporary insanity necessary to commit so many savagely brutal acts against innocent people.
