Notorious Hacker Makes 'Bombshell' Claim: "I Got Inside Hillary's Completely Unsecured Server"

In a dramatic development that could lead to renewed focus on Hillary Clinton's email server scandal, NBC reports that the Romanian hacker who first exposed Hillary Clinton's private email address is making a "bombshell" new claim: that he also gained access to the former Secretary of State's "completely unsecured" server.

How A Collapse In South America Could Trigger Martial Law In The U.S.

If an economic system collapses in the woods and no one is paying attention, are there any consequences outside the woods? Well, yes, of course. As with most situations financial and global, however, consequences are not usually taken very seriously until they have spawned a vast bog of sewage we all have to then swim through. The issue is and always will be “interdependency,” and the dissolution of sovereign borders. The European Union dynamic, for example, can only end in one of two ways - the complete dismantling of the supranational body and a return to sovereignty, or, a socio-economic crisis followed by even more centralization and the end of all remnants of sovereignty. Either way, the consequences will not be pretty. The same strategy may also be used in the Western hemisphere; more specifically, the collapse in South America that almost no one in the mainstream seems to be paying much attention to.

Where Does The U.S. Get Its Oil?

Ever wondered where the United States imports its oil from? Howmuch.net came out with some infographics to show that from 2000 to 2015. What we would highlight here is the notable shift from the U.S. depending heavily on Middle East countries and Mexico, to depending more on America's neighbor to the north, Canada.

Google Now Has Access To Millions of Patients’ Medical Records

by Michaela Whitton, Activist Post:
A controversial deal between tech giant Google and the National Health Service (NHS) will allow artificial intelligence units access to 1.6 million confidential medical records. Since 2014, Google has partnered with several scientists in an attempt to understand human health, but a new report reveals the data gathering goes far beyond what was originally anticipated.
According to documents obtained by the New Scientist, the data sharing agreement between Google-owned artificial intelligence company DeepMind and the Royal Free NHS Trust gives access to the sensitive healthcare data of millions of NHS patients. The chilling and wide-reaching deal allows DeepMind access to the medical records of the 1.6 million people passing annually through the three London hospitals owned by the Trust — Barnet, Chase Farm, and the Royal Free.

EU Plans $290K Per Person Fine For Countries Refusing "Fair Share" Of Refugees; Angry Response Ensues

The European Commission plans fines of $290,000 per person on countries refusing to take in their fair share of refugees. This plan is aimed straight at Poland, Slovokia, Hungary, the Czech Republic, and Austria. Sure enough, those countries promptly lashed out at the European Commission's proposal, blasting the plan as “blackmail.”

Buchanan: If There's A 2nd Cold War, Did Russia Really Start It?

Putin may top the enemies list of the Beltway establishment, but we should try to see the world from his point of view. Did we not ourselves slap aside the hand of Russian friendship, when proffered, when we chose to embrace our “unipolar moment,” to play the “great game” of empire and seek “benevolent global hegemony”? If there is a second Cold War, did Russia really start it?

A Very Bearish Stanley Druckenmiller Blows Up At The Fed; Reveals His Biggest "Currency" Position

If anyone had wondered if Stanley Druckenmiller's recent bearishness had dissipated, or transformed into at least modest bullishness as a result of the market meltup, we have bad news.

Hillary Seeks Funds To "Save The World From Donald Trump"

"I don't know how else to say it: The whole world is counting on us to win this thing. And we owe it to them to step up..."

TTIP - American Economic Imperialism Exposed

All of the blather about free trade and tariff reduction is mere cover for the only purpose of TTIP, which is to establish American economic imperialism over the peoples whose governments sold them out for money.

This Is Really Happening: Video Shows Train With “Hundreds of M1 Abrams Battle-Tanks”

from Intellihub via SHTFPlan:
This article was written and originally published at Intellihub.com.
Editor’s Comment: This kind of on the ground intel has proven valuable over the years. Though not every report pans out into something validated in the news, it is a very real indicator of the nature, size and scope of the conspiracy against man.
There is every reason to think that a martial law, civil unrest or economic fallout event could and may occur in the foreseeable future. The sky seems dark and the rain imminent. Stay vigilant.

Peter Schiff: How Trump Can Make America Great Again

Instead of criticizing Trump for his misguided advocacy of tariffs as a panacea, we should at least give him credit for recognizing a serious problem that so many others ignore. The real criticism should be directed at those who would allow America to continue down this self-destructive path.

Air Freight Volumes Across Largest Global Market Tumble 15% In First Quarter

Yes, everyone knows the recent global trade deterioration it is the result of major economic problems in China which have depressed Asian trade with North America, but we doubt anyone knew just how bad it was. According to IATA, the latest available data by route show that air freight volumes across the Pacific – the largest market in terms of air freight tonne kilometres (FTKs) – were almost 15% lower during the start of this year compared to the same period in 2015.

One Man (Who Is Not A Fan Of Trump) Explains Why Trump Winning Is Good For Democracy

Irrespective of what you think of Trump, his continued survival in the Presidential circus is undoubtably good. Not because he’s some sort of savior who will “Make America Great Again,” but because he’s bringing up issues he’s not supposed to bring up. At the end of the day, it’s not the actions of any particular individual that instills true fear in the U.S. establishment and deep state government. What really scares them is a population capable of critical thought beyond false left-right paradigm talking points...

They're Bringing Back Feudalism... And Nobody Seems To Notice

Financial privacy is by far the most demonized aspect of privacy. This is a huge clue. Governments wouldn’t hate financial privacy so much if it weren’t so important to individual liberty. Politicians around the world see citizens as milk cows…they merely exist to be squeezed to the last drop. We call it “the new feudalism.” A world without privacy is a giant step backward for human freedom. It’s the new Dark Ages that George Orwell grimly predicted.

Citi Asks: "Are Investors Beginning To Price In QE4?"

"My conjecture is that investors have begun to price out June/July hiking risk they are beginning to reject the view that there is a high?probability fed funds path that is as shallow as the market is pricing in.  Before you get to negative rates you would have the hail Mary of QE4 which would act mainly to push down long term yields. In the past the prospect of QE supported equity markets, but there is so much skepticism at this point that the equity market reaction is negligible and the brunt of the concerns are falling on USD and long?term yields."

Freedom Isn't Free: It Costs Taxpayers $700 Billion Per Year

"Freedom isn't free," you'll be told, but this isn't in reference to the enormous tax bill you're paying every year. No, this slogan is actually a veiled threat against you and a claim that however much you're paying now in terms of dollars or personal freedom, you should be ready and willing to give even more.

The War On Paper Currency Officially Begins: ECB Ends Production Of €500 Bill

Following the denial in February that this action is in any way about reducing cash, Mario Draghi has made his decision: ECB ENDS PRODUCTION AND ISSUANCE OF €500 BANKNOTE. And just like that the second highest denominated European bank note in circulation is dead, driving everyone into the CHF1000 Bill, and implicitly weakening the euro.

Diabetes and Prediabetes Rates in California: “A Storm is Coming”

by Julie Fidler, Natural Society:
It’s not all rippling muscles and green smoothies in California. A new analysis by University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) researchers shows a shocking number of Californians either have diabetes or are on the verge of developing it.
To be specific 55% of California adults have either diabetes or prediabetes, a condition in which a person’s blood glucose levels are higher than normal, but not high enough to be considered diabetic.
The analysis used a predictive model based on national blood testing results and survey data of 40,000 California residents.

India’s Silver Imports Up Almost 200% In March

by Dave Kranzler, Investment Research Dynamics:

India’s silver bar imports jumped by nearly 200% in March according to data published by India’s Gems and Jewelry Export Promotion Council – LINK.  On a trailing twelve month basis (April 2016 – March 2016), India’s silver imports jumped 33% over same period a year earlier.
John Brimelow (Brimelow’s Gold Jottings) commented in his early a.m. report that:  “This suggests silver fabrication may have continued during the jeweler’s strike. Silver is not subject to the disputed duty. Silver was also almost unprecedentedly cheap compared to gold in March.”

Houston Office Market Melts Down

from Wolf Street:

Leasing activity plunges, availability & sublease space balloon
Office leasing activity in Houston in the first quarter plunged 25% from the already beaten-down levels a year ago, to 1.56 million square feet (msf), worse even than during the Financial Crisis, according to commercial real estate services firm Savills Studley.
That’s down 59% from the 3.8 msf of signed deals in the fourth quarter 2014, back when the oil bust was still considered a blip and hadn’t yet impacted the office market.
The availability rate rose by 4 percentage points from a year ago to 24.5%, or 47.4 msf for Greater Houston.

TTIP—American Economic Imperialism

from Paul Craig Roberts:

Greenpeace has done that part of the world whose representatives are so corrupt or so stupid as to sign on to the Trans-Pacific and Trans-Atlantic “partnerships” a great service. Greenpeace secured and leaked the secret TTIP documents that Washington and global corporations are pushing on Europe. The official documents prove that my description of these “partnerships” when they first appeared in the news is totally correct.
These so-called “free trade agreements” are not trade agreements. The purpose of the “partnerships,” which were drafted by global corporations, is to make corporations immune to the laws of soverign countries in which they do business. Any country’s sovereign law whether social, environmental, food safety, labor protections—any law or regulation—that impacts a corporation’s profits is labeled a “restraint on trade.”

SoT – Alasdair Macleod: The Purchasing Power Of The Dollar Is Doomed

from The Daily Coin:

Akin to ancient Rome, the United States has over-extended herself. She has created a climate that could easily be transformed into a war on a slight pretext. Wars, as it is well known are also a means a nation can extricate itself from debt and financial responsibility.  – The U.S. Endgame, Jeremiah Johnson (nom de plume, retired U.S. Special Forces, excerpt from Zerohedge
One would have to be blinded from either denial or ignorance not see the escalating political and military tension between the U.S. and Russia/China. While the U.S. media spins the story into a tall-tale in which BRIC nation leaders are the provocateurs, the truth is that the U.S. has transformed its illegitimate “war on terror” into war on the world in a last-gasp attempt hold onto the economic and geopolitical hegemony it has enjoyed for several decades.
