BILLIONAIRE DONALD TRUMP SAYS THE MARKETS ARE FALSE AND WILL COLLAPSE ON JANUARY 1ST

by Jeff Berwick, The Dollar Vigilante:
This week Donald Trump said, “If it was a choice between the right decision and a political decision… The Fed would choose the political decision.”
He then stated that the market “will remain at artificially high levels until January 1st”. This came not long after he slammed Fed chairwoman Janet Yellen in a CNBC interview when he told the interviewer that she should be “ashamed” of her “very political” and “false” market.
He then claimed that the reason interest rates wont be increased prior to the election is because Yellen and the Fed are trying to bolster Barack O’bomber’s legacy (or lack thereof).

Juanita Broaddrick Witness Comes Forward: Bill Clinton Raped Juanita

by Tim Brown, Freedom OutPost:
Wow. This sure has been a rough week for Team Billary. After almost 40 years, Norma Rogers broke her silence and came forward to discuss the case involving the brutal rape of Juanita Broaddrick by none other than Bill Clinton during his 1978 gubernatorial campaign.
At the time, Rogers relationship to Juanita Broaddrick was as a nurse, back when Broaddrick was a nursing home administrator. I’m going to go out on a limb and conclude that Team Billary didn’t see this little snafu coming, otherwise the number of former Clinton associates now dead from mysterious accidents would most likely be 71 people, rather than 70 people.

As scandalous as the Wesll Fargo debacle was, what is far more insidious, is the damage it inflicts (once again) upon the very fabric of free market capitalism, trust in laws, and last but not least: trust and belief in actual contrition.

Russia Calls For “Emergency” UN Security Council Meeting Regarding US Bombing Of Syrian Military

by Brandon Turbeville, Activist Post:
After the United States launched an attack against Syrian forces in Deir al-Zour early on Saturday morning, Russia is now calling for an urgent meeting of the United Nations Security Council and an immediate explanation from the United States.
The Americans claim that the bombing was merely a mistake; however, it is hard to make that claim when the two sides were in battle with one another at the time of the airstrikes. In addition, the United States did not inform the Russians of the attack plan and thus Russia was not able to inform the U.S. that the Syrian forces were in that location. As a result, many may legitimately wonder whether or not the U.S. did not contact the Russians in order to maintain plausible deniability.

Why The EU Is Doomed

We are accustomed to looking at Europe’s woes in a purely financial context. This is a mistake, because it misses the real reasons why the EU will fail and not survive the next financial crisis. We normally survive financial crises, thanks to the successful actions of central banks as lenders of last resort. However, the origins and construction of both the the euro and the EU itself could ensure the next financial crisis commences in the coming months, and will exceed the capabilities of the ECB to save the system.

Russia Cuts Interest Rates Whilst Maintaining Tough Monetary Policy

At a time when Russia has suffered a recession any other G20 Central Bank or government finding itself in such a position would surely focus on ending the recession, not on further reducing inflation from what is by Russian standards an already historically low level. Russia however is different.

What Is A Globalist?

The reality is that globalism means something very specific, and very dangerous, if you value democracy, individualism, or any of the values of Western civilization.

On The Process Of Awakening

"So instead we consider an exploding opiate epidemic, an epidemic of obesity and metabolic illnesses, a discourse of inchoate rage and a Grand Canyon-sized gap between what we're told is true and what we experience as true "normal." These things are not normal; they are manifestations of a system that can only generate one output: self-destruction."

Russia Trumps USA Energy War in Mideast

by F. William Engdahl, New Eastern Outlook:
In a fundamental sense the entirety of the five-year-long war over Syria, as well as the entire Arab Spring from Libya to Egypt to Iraq has been about control of hydrocarbon resources—oil and natural gas– and of potential hydrocarbon pipelines to the promising markets of the European Union. Dick Cheney’s 2001 War on Terror was primarily about providing the excuse for a direct US military takeover of the vast oil fields of Iraq and other key Middle East countries. Washington’s War on Syria has been less a war for control of oil. Rather, it’s about who controls whose natural gas flows via which pipelines through which borders to the vast EU gas market. At this point it looks more and more as if Russia’s geopolitical and geo-economic strategy is trumping (no Donald pun intended) Washington’s very troubled game in the region. Turkey is apparently deciding to become a key ally in this Russian energy trump.

Italian Banking Crisis Turns into Mission Impossible

by Wolf Richter, Wolf Street:
Even supposedly good debt on banks’ books may end up putrefying.
This week the world’s oldest surviving bank, Monte dei Paschi di Siena, tried to give itself a new lease of life by bringing in fresh blood at the top, following revelations that the Italian lender’s chief executive, Fabrizio Viola, and former chairman, Alessandro Profumo, are under investigation for alleged false accounting and market manipulation.
But the change of guard did nothing to improve market sentiment or performance. By Friday MPS shares had sunk to their lowest point ever — just 21 precarious cents above zero — and, once again, they had to be halted by Italy’s FTSE MIB.
